doc. MUDr. Petr Konečný, Ph.D., MBA, head of the Medical Rehabilitation Center at the AGEL Prostějov Hospital, is a recognized expert in the field of rehabilitation. He developed a method called interventional rehabilitation, which allows patients to move their upper limbs again by removing pain as an obstacle to rehabilitation. This doctor, scientist and educator was also elected a member of the committee of the Society of Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine of the J. E. Purkyně Czech Medical Society in September.
MUDr. RNDr. Michal Řiháček, Ph.D. excels in the field of hematology. He works at the AGEL Prostějov Hospital and is an example of the young medical generation with an innovative approach. At 34 years old, he has a long history - he worked, among other things, for six years in the emergency department at the Brno University Hospital and as a hematologist and biochemist at the Masaryk Oncology Institute. Last year, he received his primary license in biochemistry and hematology, heads the hematology and transfusion department in Prostějov, and as a member of the management of AGEL Transfusion Services, he actively participates in its development.
